Every piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted by skilled jeweler to ensure exceptional quality. Please be aware that orders are usually shipped within 8-10 business days. custom made orders will shipped within 14-17 business days.

If you need expedited service, please get in touch with us through the contact form, mentioning "rushed order". We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods

If your order is under $350, it will be shipped using the standard international post service with an estimated delivery time of 12-16 business days.

Any purchase amounting to more than $350 will be sent through FedEx express, with delivery expected within 4-5 business free of charge.

Tracking Information 

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you to confirm the shipment. This email will contain a tracking number, giving you the ability to closely track the delivery progress of your products.

Orders are not delivered or shipped on holidays or weekends.

Magic Hammer does not handle the gathering of international taxes and duties. The responsibility to pay any taxes or customs dues that may be relevant to the order rests with the buyer.
